Pre-Orders
With a partially paid pre-order, you'll only pay a certain percentage on check-out. The remaining balance will be automatically paid on the specified date. (Usually 30 days before release)
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically, so you don't have to do worry about keeping tabs.
If you want to change your pre-order, you can contact us at any time by calling (203) 522-5812 or emailing us at support@pokemonplug.com. Cancellations are subject to a cancelation fee, stated in our returns policy. Your order information is available on your account, and in your email.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
