(Japanese: インフェルノX • Inferno X)
is the name given to the second expansion of cards released during the Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game's MEGA Series. This set features the Mega Evolution Pokémon, Mega Charizard X.It will be released IN JAPAN on September 26, 2025.
Inferno X continues to introduce Mega Evolution Pokémon ex into the Pokémon Trading Card Game's MEGA Series, including the central Pokémon, Mega Charizard X ex. The set Inferno X also provides various supporting Pokémon and Trainer cards, notably for the Fire and Darkness types.
Inferno X was released in Japan on September 26, 2025, followed by localized releases in Traditional Chinese on October 9, 2025. Each booster box contains 30 packs. Cards released in this set are included in the English Phantasmal Flames expansion.
I ordered multiple pre orders, and the release day of the products were weeks apart. Even though they had my Surging sparks booster boxes in hand and could have canceled due and sell at market price and make double the profit. They delivered as promised. I will definitely buy again.
Box was a lot of fun to open, lots of variety and items that people actually would want and not random items that the seller couldn’t get rid of. Opened with my brother and look forward to purchasing another one soon. (Also paid for the XL mystery box and got $230 in value, PokePlug does some of the best mystery boxes out there for sure)
