Pokémon TCG: Scarlet and Violet Art Rare Cards

When Crown Zenith releases on January 20th it will introduce a whole new world of rare art cards. Powerful legendaries like the Galarian birds, adorable partners like Pikachu and Eevee, and many fan favorites in between will be displayed with astounding new artwork. 

Thankfully the fun does not stop there. Starting in March when Scarlet and Violet is released, all new art rare cards will become available! Whole evolutions will tell a story such as the Gardevoir line. Trainers give us a glimpse into their world with Pokémon. These cards and many more will set a stunning precedent for the Pokémon TCG franchise. Hopefully the tradition of rare and gorgeous artwork continues for a long time.

These cards will be denoted with AR (art rare) and SAR (super art rare). Here is a closer look at some of the most anticipated cards for 2023’s Scarlet and Violet.
