Great customer service had ordered 3 booster bundle was a mix up in system and the total in stock display was wrong but when they realized they immediately reached out to fix the problem I even spoke to a representative after hours great service
I like to chase cards from any set, so it can be hard to decide what to get sometimes when there's just a ton of options available out there. Despite the people on Reddit saying not to buy any mystery boxes from anywhere, I took a chance on Pokemon Plug's box and ended up with some really awesome products that were spot on in total value compared to the price of the box. They didn't simply load me up with undesirable sets, so it made this a very enjoyable experience.

I definitely got my value in items, but I was sincerely let down with the box as it has mainly items I could buy at Walmart or target. I figured there would be something of note in a mystery box but there wasn't. I got a promo from 15 years ago and that's awesome. But man...just a bunch of Scarlett and Violet stuff, no sword and shield, not even a little excitement after opening. Wouldn't do the service again, but if you're getting into it fresh as a hobby, I'd recommend it. Seasoned collectors...not so much.

All the videos I've seen of this were various packs or etbs or stuff like that, you know "sealed product", I got some stickers and a bunch of cards that "equal" the value I spent which is kinda bullshit imo

Nice product but the shipment is so long due to the removal your shop.
I ordered the product and received no email or confirmation besides the fact that my card was charged. Tied multiple emails and calls and couldn't reach anyone thought I was scammed. The got a email two months later saying the product was delivered. I got my mystery box and pulled a the SAR cassiopea.
