Akora, the brand new TCG who's first official release, Spellbound Wings (1st Edition) released in stores around the country today!

Originating from Kickstarter. The project out of
Staffordshire UK, had raised just shy of 250,000 dollars with 433 backers. Creators Xion and Kingu put
together an anime inspired alchemy dueling game where players combine potions and spells to cast
powerful monsters that battle for alchemy supremacy. Collectors of the TCG will be a big fan of the
vibrant artwork and rare full arts/ holos that will take some hunting to acquire. Serious players of the
TCG will love the fast paced, easy to learn – difficult to master style of gameplay. The game is rich with
different card types, shard attributes, and attack styles that will make each game unique and exciting. It
also allows for different play styles to keep the game interesting.

On top of the exciting gameplay Akora follows a manga by the same name. It follows a
legendary Akora player, Rye, who is stripped of his fame and cast into obscurity. He must construct a
new team of players and make his way back to the top while discovering the secrets of the ancient
Inervia realm. The first issue is live on the official Akora TCG website and there will be more issues
released soon.
The game has toured the world, introducing alchemy to all kinds of players – you might have
seen them in Orlando, London, Ocala, Dallas, Manchester and many more. They plan on continuing the
tour so be sure to look for them at the next major Collect-a-Con in Long Beach, Florida as well as Kansas
City, Missouri, in September.
