Magic the Gathering: Phyrexia: All Will Be One

Magic the Gathering: Phyrexia: All Will Be One

The newest installment of the Phyrexian epic has now been released after a small delay. Phyrexia: All Will Be One hit stores on February 10th. This expansion has been well received by fans and for good reason. It has a lot of exceptional cards and a gripping story to go along with it.

There are many articles, short stories, cinematic trailers, and lore videos that describe the state of Phyrexia. The whole world is available to explore and discover on the Magic The Gathering homepage. Elesh Norn and her parasite army of zealots are growing more powerful. The heroes of Dominaria who sought to destroy her have been defeated. She seeks to conquer the world and then the multiverse by infecting and conforming it to her version of perfection. The only hope is a go-for-broke suicide mission to cut off the Phyrexian means of invading other planets.

The artwork on this set is incredible and sometimes over the top. For example, the Elesh Norn cards have 15 variants! That seems like overkill to me but the rarest ones are highly sought after. The most expensive, oil slick raised border, goes for $220.00! And the other versions are not far behind.

This set features a series of “oil slick” variants. They are a sleek black on gray art with a splash of blue or gold. A few of which are only found in the “compleat” bundles. When people realized this the price spiked. The typical $80.00 dollar box now goes for almost $140.00. It is hard to tell what will keep its value this early, but it is safe to say this is a popular expansion.

Phyrexia: All Will Be One features the standard products:

  • Draft booster
  • Set Boosters
  • Collectors boosters (with the alternate color scheme)
  • 2 Commander Decks

There are so many cool and powerful cards in this set you simply can't miss out. All the products you need are available at pokemonplug.com and if you need it now you can come in to Nexgen Games to grab some packs.
